Searching for a Youth Minister
“We will not hide them from their children, but will tell a future generation the praiseworthy acts of the Lord, his might, and the wondrous works he has performed.” Psalm 78:4, CSB If we are to be faithful to Jesus Christ, we must pass our faith on to the next generation. One key way that we do this as a church is through our youth ministry. We are blessed to be able to employ a part-time youth ministry to lead that ministry, serving and guiding the next generation. We have started a new church newsletter. The first edition for April 2026 is now available. You may pick up a copy in the church foyer or garden areas, or request a copy by mail or email. Newsletter articles will also be posted on our website under the "blog" heading. We are calling our newsletter "First Things” for two reasons: (1) it seems fitting for First Baptist Church’s newsletter and (2) to remind us of the things that Jesus told us to put first: love for God and love
